Cooper likes him some apples...

I just discovered how much Cooper LOVES APPLES! I put him in the main portion of the shopping cart and at one point was shocked when I realized how quiet he was. That's when I saw him eating a whole apple THRU THE PLASTIC BAG! I laughed at this and then took the apple out of the bag for him to eat. That was the easiest grocery shopping trip EVER! Mom LOVES APPLES TOO! He insisted on eating the apple all the way home.

First Haircut

So, I've been putting off Cooper's first haircut because I originally wanted to go to Lollilocks. It's this adorable little kids salon near my parents' home in Centennial. I figure it's no big deal cutting Cooper's hair myself.... I just wanted to get some tips from the professionals for future at-home haircuts. Well, boy was I wrong! It is a big deal! I never got around to Lollilocks and Cooper's hair desperately needed some tending to. He started to grow a rat-tail mullet looking something. I decided just to do it myself. Well..... in the end, I really wish I had held out for the professionals, because I didn't know what the heck I was doing. He couldn't keep his head still and now the back of his head is questionable in parts. Oh well. All aside, Coopers loved his first lollipop!

We were on vacation with my family in Florida, back when we were dating 6 YEARS AGO!!!! Crazy.... but fun

Banana Chair

Cooper's morning routine now consists of waking up earlier than mom likes, but happily sitting in his new cow chair, eating his daily breakfast banana and watching an Einstein video.... mom gets a little extra sleep this way.
