Chillin' with Dad

It was a party

I invited my friends and family over for some TLC....a peppermint foot spa and all-you-can-eat chocolate. It was a lot of fun, relaxing, and sinus cleansing.

I have GREAT friends!

(a note to Amy's family regarding the no sweets bet: Amy behaved and didn't touch the chocolate. She has amazing will power, so look out participants....your competitor is in it for the long haul)

Jamie and the kids came out from Kansas for spring break. It was awesome having them over for the party. They are growing up beautifully and way too fast...so Cooper needs to take note and slow down.

Feelin' the cousin love...

....there was a lot to go around and Coop loved every second of it.

Daily Activities

Walking the dogs in cold weather.
Does anyone know how long it takes for their eyes to change? We both have brown eyes, so I don't think it is likely that Coop's will stay blue.

Frankie can't get enough of Cooper. She loves to give him kisses, especially wet willies

Busy making brain synapsies with visual
stimulation....don't bother me

Tummy Time!

Working on my muscles so I can learn to crawl....
...I have a long ways to go!

I love the picture on the right!
(and yes, it is either spit or a piece of hair that you might be trying to brush off your screen)

Coop's 2 month checkup stats

Cooper is now 12 lbs 14.5 ounces (75%), 23 inches and still eating all the time. He is a big baby boy and his mom's arm muscles aren't developing fast enough to keep up with him. He got his immunization shots. I thought I was going to be tough enough to bear him in pain, but ultimately it brought some tears to my eyes. Anywhoo, he's healthy and happy and the doctor said I'm doing a great job....points for me ;)

I'm in the process of making some template changes to our blog, but seeing as how I am a novice blogger and a new mother, it will take me some time to make final adjustments....please enjoy the postings and ignore the renovations.

And He Smiles :)

He loves bath time
